Please read the articles I copied and pasted from elitefitnesssystems. Then go to the web site and READ ALL of the articles there. Then go to www.westside-barbell.com and READ ALL of the articles there. Then when you are done reading all of the articles, READ them again. Then read them again, and again, and again. Finally, take what you learned and try it in the gym. Find what works and keep it. Find what doesn't work and get rid of it. I have just given you the answer on how to be the best you can be. It involves self-discipline and exlporation of the topic to exhaustion. Be a student of the game.

Seriously that is an excellent point. It can be somewhat exaspirating if you are expected to repeatedly answer the same questions, especially for info that is already posted on this very site which can be found with a simple search.

Sometimes that is what we have to deal with. Not everyone does a search. Just do your best!

Newcomers to the site aren't familiar with the search tool, and really don't know what has been posted. Patience must be used at times, thats all.

My point here is to read as much as possible in order to learn as much as possible in order to train as smart as possible...
