Hi I started following my daily plans and yesterday was my shoulder + arms day i think it was like two workouts and it was intense but i felt like i didn't work out enough so i did my bis and tris too... I know that working on the same body part 2 days in a row is bad, and on this site it says you should only do a certain body part only once a week but isnt like a day or two a good enough break?

It depends on how well your body recovers the muscles. If you can recover fully by the next day, which is usually not the case, then you would be fine doing the same workout the very next day. Everyone's different and recovery times are also. I think, just to be sure that they are recovered fully, that you should only workout the body part once a week. Sometimes you will feel like the workout wasn't as intense as you want it to be and you think that your not doing anything, but as you have barely started your "daily plans", you should probably stick to what they are and see if it works out, and if it doesn't, then you should change it around a little bit. Tomorrow you won't really be sure if you should do what you did yesterday, or more, or less because you did extra sets. So just stick to what your plans are and see if it works out. (I know I repeated that, sorry.)

the suggested time to wait is at least 36 hours. if you arent feeling like you worked out that much, up your weights if you're trying to put on weight, or up your reps if you are trying to lose weight. a lot of the time waiting an extra week to do the workout again will really up your intensity in the next workout, and it keeps you anticipating the next workout. you would be suprised what that does for your intensity!!!
