Hi,

Among the treadmill, rower or stationary bicycle, which is best? For cardio? I jog but the weather is always unpredictable here in Kuala Lumpur, too hot or rainy, so I miss out many times. I need to do something for my legs as I exercise at home, no gym in my place and my legs don't get that much work. Which is why I thought of the bike. Or treadmill for cardio? I can only get one, so please advice!!!

Over all the rowing is best.We use every muscle when we row, allowing good blood curculation to all the areas.Rowing also burns the most calories.
But if you can only get a bike or treadmill, go for the treadmill, as you won't get bored, because you can vary the workouts, and most are programable.
