whey protein powders

today i got some EAS "Advant Edge HP High Performance" whey powder

1 Scoop:
cals-120
total fat-2g
carbs-5g
protein-20g

im lookin to gain lean muscle mass and i was wondering if this is a good brand or if anyone has had any success with this

Ive never tried it, but from the description u give, i think it sounds like itll work pretty good. But it depends too, usually different things work for different people. I use 100% Whey protein, and it seems pretty decent enough, for me.

20 grams per scoop is on the low side. What is the scoop size?
You want to get as much as you can for your $$$, and is it whey, or whey isolate?

I use Optimum Nutritions 100% Whey Protein. Has better facts then the one your using. it's something like 1 gram of fat, 2 or 3 carbs, and 23 grams of protein. Yeah, I agree that the 20 grams of protein for that protein powder is a bit on the low side
