:(I was wondering if you could give me an example of what a power lifting work out would look like. I would like to build my strength and then maybe fill some mussel or is this bad way to go? Right now I fill like a weakling and would like to get my bench and squat up I was 270# and am down to 250 after about 7 months and have made gains in strength but would like more. Right now in bench I am only doing 2 sets of 160 for 10 reps then about 4 sets of 205 for 5-6 reps will this work or is there a work out that would be better.

Take a look through this thread. There have been some incredible posts with great workouts spelled out in detail. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask!
Good luck....
