Greetings, I am new! I weigh 260 pounds and have lost 14.5 pounds in the past 3 weeks. Oct 25, 2004, I joined a fitness club located very close to my house (less then 1/4 mile) and have been working out 5 times a week (Mon-Fri), 2 to 4 hours a day. I have hired a certified perdsonal trainer that works with me one hour once a week. I am doing 30 minuets a day on the tredmill, weight training 3 times a week, and 2 hours aerobic classes M-W-F and one hour aerobic classes on Tu-Th. I have an appointment on November 19th with a certified pilates instructor for a private class, there we will be making a one hour video personalized for me with modifications to begin the pilates program. I am trying my very best to eat healthy, cutting fats and carbs, checking the calories of everything and for the first time in my life I am drinking WATER! YUCK! I am now up to one gallon a day! I am looking for any input to continue to focus on a healthy lifestyle, recipes that are tasty yet healthy! Any tips would be greatly appreciated
