I need to get maximum results out of my work out schedule. I like to go either 4 or 5 times a week, and I like to spend an hour or so at the gym. right now I am getting back to going. i took like 8 months off or so. ive been going for a month now. right now I just do one body part a day, and recently have been trying to get some cardio in, (which is only like 15 minutes) Im 6'1" 185lbs. i have some flab around the mid section i'd like to get rid of, but I'd like to continue to gain a little muscle at the same time. any pointers?
