I've been working out with a low rep routine, usually 7-8 reps until failure, but the problem is that I'm feeling little muscle soreness (either right after the workout, or the next day).
Is it necessary to feel soreness? Is it a sign if you don't that you should add more reps into your routine? I certainly feel sore after adding more reps (say...10-12) but of course I have to lower the weight.
