ok here is the problem. I am in high school and i am not fat, i just want to get my body back in shape. I want to start eating healthy again but i find it very difficult to stick to a healthy diet while in school. my friends go to wendys, taco bell, you know all the fast food resturants and it is very hard for me. i eat a sasuage and egg burrito every morning. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?????

I have a suggestion, find new friends! lol just kidding. Well, I know it's very hard to stay away from those foods when others around you are eating them, and your eating something healthy, but you just have to be strong enough to overcome those temptations. I am also a High School student in the same situation you are in. What I do is I pack my own food and take it with me. Your friends might talk a little trash about why you are eating those kinds of foods and not what they're eating, but they'll eventually get over it and get used to it. They might even join you. You also have to think about what good your doing to your body, and what bad they're doing to theirs. That's one thing that keeps me eating healthy. Stay strong! Goodluck.

exactly take your lunch, or eat.....(oh my goash) school food, not the best tasting but most of it isn't that bad for you. Kinda high in carbs usually. They are soposed to by law, offer a vegiteran alternative, eat that.
