Good day all! I am excited, I asked hubby to move my glider up to my bedroom so if I was too tired to do weights and boxing and ignored the work out room the glider would be there staring me in the face!! No getting around it now as hubby actually did it rather than wait for three more months, Yey!!

I did alright over the weekend eating and did some R&R as it was long overdue! I just want to tell you all that I am glad you are here, we all need someone and I really feel that FT offers great people without all the nasty!

Good morning everyone. The weekend wasn't so bad, and this week is looking better every minute. I will continue on my goal of lifting 3x a week, and cardio 2 x a week, and am going to be adding in some protien powder to my eating plan, and we will see how that helps! Hope everyone is doing well!!

I am so glad to be back in the gym. I lost 3 inches total last week, half of it in my waist! I also lost 6.5 pounds! I am so happy! The bad news is that what I thought was a simple cold turned out to be the flu. Hopfully I can be back in the gym tomorrow. I want to at least match my cardio from last week which was 3.5 hours.

Veda, I wish that I had that type of inspiration looking at me in the face everyday!

Well I had an great week last week. If you read my post earlier about my scale saying I wieghed 34lbs over what I really did wiegh and I also went from 230lbs to 223lbs. I'm very happy. So I hope to see a few pounds gone by next Monday.:big_smile:

I'm happy to be here as well. Batman lost another belt notch. It's not comfortable yet, but I can get it over there.

This week has been a good week, I cheated a little on my diet. (I just can't stay away from them darn lucky charms! lol) I'll try to do it this week. As for training, this week has been awesome. :big_smile:
