i always had a good toned body, but the last year or so i've gained about 20lb of blubber, got a lot more fat in my face and belly mostly. basically, I wanna know what sort of amount of training i need to be doing to get back in shape by christmas.
i'm 20, have access to a gym and a swimming pool (i'm a keen swimmer, so would like to incorporate swimming into the program.) i'm happy to exercise everyday and just live on salad and fruit.
i was thinking of maybe 2 mile run, 2 mile cycle, weights for bout 30 mins, then 20 mins swimming to warm down.
how does that sound?
just for info i currently weigh about 160lb and i'm about 5'9"
