Ok, which heart rate zone is best to help me loss this belly? When I run, I am almost at the max for aerobic range. I have read that 60-70% is the weight managment range, and 70-80% is aerobic range. The question is will going into the next higher range help me drop some of htis spare tire faster?

Thanks, Billman

droping the "spare tire "is more about your diet....than any excercising.

You cat eat liek crap and expect to go to the gym, do 2 hours cardio and in 2 months, have 8% body fat.

whats your diet like? You weight train as well?

I do some weight training 2 times a weeks. Fairly light weights with high reps. My diet is fair. I am trying to reduce the amount of carbs in take in. (hamburger instead of hamburger and super size fries, veggies instead of rice or potatoe, ect) I have increaded my water intake to about 1 1/2 liters per day. I currently run 3 days a week, 3 miles takes about 25 minutes. 2 hours of cardio sounds like a bunch!

I guess my question is, does going into the "anaerobic"range help burn calories faster? I really want to have some abs showing in a couple of months. Also, does anyone have any input on these "weight loss patches"?
