reverse hypers, are for example laying on yoru stomche, and arching your back just so your stomach touches the floor.(chest and legs off the floore) thats a version.
There is a machine/appratice in some gym syou can do this, usually the back of the calves go under a pad,and yourhips rest on a pad of some sort, your your upper body hangs down. BY not moving anything else but you back muslces, you raise you torso up to where its parellel to the floor.( free trainers should have a picture of this here)
This strengthings the back erectors( muscles down your spine and around it)
Power cleans, theres really too much to describe you need to find a web sight or some kind or book.
