hey everyone
im new
i have noticed that my upper body is slightly out of proportion
my shoulders go sort of like this:
/ \
/ \
/ \

not quite at that angle, but i hope you get the gist of it
how do i get my shoulders to go more like this :P
----
/ \
i know this guy
and he is really strong, and he has shoulders that are pretty much parallel to the ground, which makes him look even stronger
i am pretty strong (i dont have any measurements)
and id just like to know how to get my shoulders more in proportion
i was thinking it might be that i need more muscle in the back...
i dont know

What are your trap muscles looking like? Also what type of back exercises are you doing? To pull your shoulder up your going to need to concentrate on both of those. Create a strong upper and middle back, strong rear and middle dealts, and strong trap muscles and I am thinking this will pull them right up.
Anyone else in here, feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

alot of it isn't muscletur(sp) its the bone structure. Wide shoulders has to do with the bones mroe so than muscles.

I dont' think you want "flat" shoulders, just wide shoulders.......

up right rows, shrugs, lateral raises, bent over rows, military presses...........and the king of them all....DEADLIFTS :dumbbell:

Andrew suggested some classic shoulder exercises for you.
You can give yourself that look you are looking for by adding in the wide shoulders program from here on Freetrainers.
Those and others are included.
Good luck and welcome to the site.
