I started up over the weekend again, and boy do I feel it today! I just wanted to take a second to say hello to everyone again. Now, a question...I have a real problem with overeating at night. If I am at home it's really tough not to eat whatever I can find. I have 60 lbs to lose and I am so tired of dragging it around. So, nighttime suggestions anyone?

keep some slad cut up, with turkey and stuff, or yellow. Or I like apples and peanut butter. Anything with fiber make you feel "full"

Thanks. I am so $%*!@)!!! sore right now I can hardly move. I just thought that two weeks of hiking on vacation would make me immune to muscle soreness when I started back!

You would think! Must be working some muscles that were hiding! Think of it this way - it will hurt more now if you try to make it to the refrigerator!

Batman has been out of town for two weeks (Ireland driving tour)! Lots of climbing to passage tombs and trails up to see cliffs and waterfalls. It was great. The people were nice and the food not bad. Other than that, I have no excuse.

I WISH I was doing something so exciting as having a "thang", Charlie, of course my hubby would probably not approve, but no..just a crashed computer twice in a month and putting together an office, nothing as thrilling as an Ireland driving tour, I am turning green with envy as I would of enjoyed that!
See you on the bat trails!
