Have you seen a doctor yet?

Get some standard tests to see if anything is out of whack, especially blood sugar levels since I seem to remember an earlier post where you mentioned NO sugar in your diet. Might be a connection. Just a thought though.

Well, the body does consume nutients fighting off the bad effects of stress, but I would think the symptoms would get less as stress went away, not more.

Go see the doc and make sure to get blood sugar checked.

Are you taking a decent multi-vitamin?

Are you getting enough sleep? Do you sleep well?

Your description doesn't sound like a cold, with the pain in your legs, back, etc.

Do you live in an area with Lyme disease? It almost sounds like joint inflammation. Or muscle fascia inflammation. Are you allergic to anything? Foods or meds?

Can you get a series of blood tests done? It will tell the whole story.

The problem with going to see the doc is right now i have no health insurance, but i could go see the doc and just pay for it. But that's a last resort and will give another 2 weeks or so with trying to relieve my stress. I get plenty of sleep 8 to 8 1/2 hours a night my diet and training regime are down pat that is really all i do is workout and eat healthy sleep good, pretty much create the perfect enviroment for my body to build muscle. I live in San Diego, don't think there's any Lime Disease out here but who knows. I really do think it has been stress related. Thanks for all the concerns and help guy, I appreciate it:big_smile:

It maybe the perfect environment for your body to build muscle but you also need to inject a little light relief. You know the saying "all work and no play make for a dull life". Go for your night out and enjoy yourself. Every once in a while you need a break from the routine. Keeps you sane.
