Hi All,

I started my fat loss program a little over 2 months ago and have gone from 15% to 12% body fat. My goal is to get to around 9%. I've achieved this by doing a lot of cardio first thing in the morning(4-5 times a week) and doing weight training(2-3 times a week) along with a clean nutrition. I'm constantly reading and researching on ways to efficiently achieve my goal. For the past few weeks, I feel like I've hit a plateau, so I would like to get some suggestions. I'm already cycling my cardio and weight training, but should I also cycle my diet. I've read about cycling just carbs, and also about cycling just calories for the week. There's an article on bodybuilding.com that suggests that you should cut the cardio and just strictly weight train if you are a lean person. I consider 12% body fat lean, so should I stop doing my routine? Please help

Thanks

have you targeted the same muscles with different exercises?
Sometimes that's all it takes.

Yes, I'm mixing up the exercises. I guess I'd like to get more information on cycling my diet, and whether I should cut down on the cardio and do more weight training.
