I really do not think the BMI calculator is all that much science. 2 people same height and weight cannot have the same so called BMI. where does muscle enter into this calculation? any comments?

Hey J, long time no see. How's the shoulder??

You are correct. BMI does not take in to account folk who lift and stay fit. It's merely a benchmark for people to go by. I'd love to know what BB1's BMI is.

I wondered the same thing a while back when my BMI was borderline obese and my BF% was around 13%

I'm about 95%. May be all I get. I still have some pain and stiffness. Try some of your rehab exercises on that other shoulder. I still do mine on both. Glad you're ok.
