Why is it some weeks I weigh my self like on wed. And It shows I lost about 2 lbs. and them I do it again an mon. or tue. Of the next week it is right back where I started with no change in diet? I know I have plenty of weight to get rid of but when I do lose it, it comes right back. I go to the gym for about an hour a day for 4-5 days a week and have a pretty good diet (I think) and do cardio 30 min and weights the rest of the time there. Any idea?

Don't focus on the scale so much. How are you clothes fitting you? Muscle weighs more than fat. If you burn fat and gain muscle, you might even see an increase in your weight but what is your waist size doing? How do you look in the mirror compared to before? Pay special attention to your face and neck. How does it look in photos from before? I lost 30 pounds and went from a 35 waist to a 32. I then gained back about 6 pounds, but lost about another inch from my waist. Hope that helps.

also remember that a pound of muscle and a pound of fat still weigh a POUND, its just muscle is leaner than fat. Your clothes as NW says is your best measure. I dropped about 60 lbs (from 220 to 162lbs) now I range from 185 to 190 and my waist size has not changed since I was 162 lbs.
30" waist. Good luck and keep up the pace, you will get there!
