I need the best way to get REALLY flexible REALLY fast. Any tips? I am not too bendy now, my hammies are tighter than tight. I am hoping to be able to do the splits and other dancer type moves ASAP.

I don't know how to get flexible fast and I'm not sure that it's possible to get there quickly. It'll probably take a long time to do. Just keep stretching and see how far you get.
Find a trainer who knows how to do Assited stretching, or pick up a copy of the Wharton's Stretching Book - they teach you how to do Assisted stretching to yourself. It is one of the best ways to enhance flexibility.
