First wonderful site and am very happy to have found it:surprised:. Today was first time I read about the importance of weight training:surprised:... and the Fact that I should do it:big_smile:. Briefly, I am a male, 33 years, weigh 100 KG, height 182 cm. Goal is to hit ideal wieght of 83 and be in the best shape and tight mussles possible:laugh:. Background, I have been exercising now for the last 50 days (approx) and went down to 100 frm 107.5 KG. I go to the gym in the am (on an empty stomach) and do 1 hour of cardio btwn 70 to 85% of HR. Now I need ot start my wieght lifting..:) so should I start with circuit training, or should I do proper weights... shall I swap them for cardio and do cardio on my off days or later in the evening. Btw I am on zero fat intake diet and have 2 - 3 meals per day. So whats the best recomendation? should I just continue with same program till I hit like 95 kg :angry:.. then change to weights. Btw I exercise 6 times per week and walk every day in the PM for 1 hour.
