My goal is to get a more appealing weight/size. I just don't like my current weight/size.... it seems too "chubby" for my frame......

So my goal is to loose 1.7 pounds for every week until Christmas...... thats about 17 pounds before Christmas......

Stats-
height- 5'5.5
weight- 135
goal weight- 115

I think that this goal is healthy...... I plan on loosing weight by running a mile a day, light weight lifting three times a week, 100 crunches a day and eating NO fried food.

Any sugestions?

Good for you roaming:). One thing I've found that helps to lose weight is eating fish like Salmon for dinner, along with other healthy meals. Salmon is high in protein and has EFAs which are "esential" (lol) for weight loss.

Roaming, this seems like a good plan, but it all depends on your frame. For instance I am 5'5" and I weigh 175. To the normal person this would seem excessivly fat, but if you measue my body fat% it only comes out to 8%. I happen to have a large bone structure and a large muscle mass. 115lbs seems rather small for someone of your height. I don't know your frame or bone size, but with my experience that seems very small to me.

1.7lbs/week is a very healthy and attainable goal.

However, your exercise and eating plan may not be enough to meet your goal. Running a mile per day won't burn that many calories - maybe 100, probably less, based on your size. Also, light weight lifting won't do you much good either. In order to pump your metabolism, you should lift enough weight to stress your body - enough that you'd fail by the 10th-12th repetition. Finally, crunches will do very little to help you burn fat, and will make no improvement to your abdomen as long as their's fat on top of it.
