Hi,

I just started here on this site. I have a problem. I am working out at home with inherited excersie equipment. I have everything called for so far except a decline bench. I tried going upside down on the decline, but that was a near disaster.

Is there anything i can do in place of the decline dumbell press? I have an incline bench, barbell and dumbells. Just don't have the decline bench.

Thanks,

Brian.

I used to take my bench and prop it up with a milk crate or something stable.
There is a difference between incline, flat and decline BTW.
