Ok guys & girls, I have been hard at it going into week 4. I did take along time off (4 months), but I thought my muscles would remember by now :angry: Feeling great, loving every minute :laugh:. But on a more serious note, I have heard so much about muscle memory how soon should I start seeing results and not aching so much (and no I am not overtraining). Going to try bbf's stack with the green tea, and glutamine. I remember last time I took glutamine I got headaches???? Any how hope it works for me. p.s. have to say I love this site, and its great motivation for me thanks to you all that post your knowledge & experiences :big_smile:
well, i'd assume that if you're not an experienced trained athlete and don't mantain a decent balanced diet, you're muscles are bound to 'forget' after four months of no activity... i'm not saying you're untrained or anything, or that you had a bad diet, but all i'm saying is that for anyone of us normal people, four months might be quite a while to mantain our physiques without training...
