I am about done with the 12 week mass program (2 weeks left) and I am not sure how much I should start training now. I want to keep making progress so I was thinking about doing a six day split (Mon - shoulders, Tue - back, Wed - rest, Thur - Legs, Fri - arms, Sat - Chest). I am afraid of overtraining though is this good or do you recommend a different routine. I am by far no professional, but I feel I am out of the beginning stage.

That looks like a pretty good spilt.. what type of exercises were you usually planning on these days.. you could also goto an 8 week mass program just so your doing something different.. don't forget to give your body a week or so off after that 12 week mass program..

THAT I A GOOD SPLIT BUT I SUGGEST THAT YOU THINK ABOUT mon-CHEST,tue-BACK,wed-REST,thur-LEGS,fri-ARMS,sat-SHOULDERS. REASON BEING IF YOU LOOK AT WHAT MAJOR MUSCLE AND SECONDARY MUSCLE IS BEING WORKED ON WHAT DAY YOU WANT TO WORK THE BIGGEST MUSCLE GROUPS FIRST SO THAT YOU CAN GET THE MOST OUT OF YOU WORKOUT AND THEN HIT ALL THE LITTLE MUSCLES
