I have lost about 30 pounds and I keep losing it all in my abs. I walk 3 times a week, do water aerobics, and Pilates.
My measurements are
Waist 32
Hips 44
Arms 12.5
This just isnt cool :) I wanna tons my arms and hips (but its mostly my upper thighs that are the fattest) but I dont have time to get to a gym. Can anyone give me suggestions for at home exercises to help these areas?
Thanks,
emma

Hello emma and welcome to freetrainers.
Well, the old saying is..you can't spot reduce, but you can shape yourself.
Since you have no time to go to a gym, try a home exercise program from here on freetrainers. It is amazing how a person can sculpt their body with muscle.
Good luck.

Al these programs are free, as per the name freetrainers.com.
You have a choice to upgrade for $20.00 to be able to get more out of the site, but the programs are free.

You have time for water aerobics and pilates, but no weigth training?.........You can easly do a weight training program in under 45mins. Would you not have to go to a gym for a pool? I'm confused.

Alright I admit it :) I used to go to water aerobics all the time, but I havent been able to go lately. I am probably the most comfortable working out at home right now because I am emabarrased of how weak and fat I am... but then again sometimes I think its all in my head! :)

It's all "in your head"
We all go to the gym for mostly the same reasons. And don't forget, you are not the only one trying to reach the same goals. Go for it!
