hey i am 16 yrs old rihgt now and i am 175 pounds band i am haing trouble gianing on my max and my biceps. right nwo my max is 245 and i am curling 42 1/2 lbs on the bar bell. cna you please give me some advice on how to help thsi problem

you probably just need to start eating a lot more.
Eat more protein! Protein is awesome...
also, you need to have it in your mind that you can lift it...I think there was someone with a quote in FT that said
"Don't look at the weight, just lift the sh**".
