I'm 19 and a college student in KY. Well I'm a first year student and we have to have a meal plan type membership. The choices we have to eat from are all fast food(taco Bell,Chick-fil-a,Subway,Pizza Hut) and a buffet type deal. This is where I run into the problem of trying to diet, I have some food in my room, but mainly just crackers or sandwich meat. ANY ideas for a type of diet plan or is this just hopeless. THanks

Subway isn't bad...if those are your only choices go with that.

Subway is passable, it's just high in th carb dept. But like CristalBelle said, if that's the only choice go with it, stick with the turkey and ham, and you can always have the chicken breast with a salad and toss the bread.
