Hello,

I don't know if any of you are familiar with the training methods of Bruce Lee, because I am wanting some techniques if anybody wishes to share them. Bruce Lee's tone and definition is unbeatable. I was just wondering if anybody could perhaps share some of his techniques. I already know a lot of how he used to train and a few excercises.

I know how he'd sit there and train for hours each day, even just little things. For example, while reading a book in one hand he would be lifting a dumbell in the other and stretching his legs at the same time. If he was out for a walk and came to a hill, he'd always sprint up them etc...can anybody share anymore techniques?
