I've been doing cardio in the morning for fat loss. I usally rotate between the elliptical, stairmaster, and stationary bike. I tried just doing brisk walking on the treadmill today. I'm keeping my heart rate at the fat burning zone, but I barely break a sweat. Which of these exercises are more efficient for fat loss?
As long as you stay in your zone, I would strongly recomend the Eliptical as it uses the most energy for the same time period used on the other machines you mentioned.
