Is it possible to work your calves at home, if you dont have any access to machines? Its not a top priority but I was just wondering if there were any excercises that could be done at home. Thanks.
Absolutely, You can do calf raises at the edge of stairs or on the bottom step of a ladder. Push your own weight with your legs against a solid wall, while sitting on a chair, kinda like a leg press.
