I recently started weight training with an intention of gaining lean mass and am still a beginer. After reading a lot of articles and threads off this site and others, decided to try whey protein and MRPs and have been taking both for a while. Looks like the arms are shaping up and I gained about 5 lbs. However, I feel I am getting flab around belly and waist.
I am training atleast twice a week. Do a little cardio each time as well. Doing ab crunches almost daily. What am I doing wrong? Why am i getting this flab?
Any help would much appreciated.
