Need advice on choosing a program...

Hey!

I was wondering if you could help me choose a program. I want to get like a Vin Diesel physique but don't feel like putting on fat. He has the muscle and the cut look so I'm not sure if I should do the progressive or mass programs. Your help is greatly appreciated!

5'8

First off, if your new to body building, you will have to get in shape before going all out. Start off with a beginner's program here on Freetrainer's, Something like the toning program, build your strength with that and get use to eating right. Then go for the progressive gains, you should have good success.
You won't loook like Deisel, but you will look really swell to the girlies!:dumbbell::big_smile:
