First off, if your new to body building, you will have to get in shape before going all out. Start off with a beginner's program here on Freetrainer's, Something like the toning program, build your strength with that and get use to eating right. Then go for the progressive gains, you should have good success.
You won't loook like Deisel, but you will look really swell to the girlies!:dumbbell::big_smile:
