Hello everyone. I'm new around here and I have really enjoyed the site so far; especially the success stories :)
Just a little bit about me real quick: I'm male, 200 lbs, 23 years old, and I'm looking to lose about 20 lbs. I feel like I am in decent physical shape with just some excess body fat all over. I workout regularly, but I eat just way too damn much :angry: Well, hopefully joining this community and actually typing out my thoughts will help keep me motivated. Take care, all.

Welcome Possum. At 23 you definitely can reach that goal of a 20lb loss and maybe even a lifestyle change. Keep the forum posted with your workout and eating program and we all have 2 cents worth of info :)
