Quick HITT question. I usually walk at an incline of 12-15 at 4mph for 1hr on the treadmill after working out. I'm toning out, but the process is taking way too long. I want to try HITT in the following form:
Treadmill Level 0
Warmup at 50% for 2 mins (approx 5mph)
2-3 min go from 6mph - 10mph
Rest 30 seconds (step off treadmill)
All out at 10mph for 30 seconds
Rest
..Repeat until 30 mins is reached
Cool down at 5mph between 30-32 min mark
Is this a good form of HITT? I plan on doing this for 15 mins on my work out days and 30 mins on non workout days (5 days a week)
