i usually have around one or two days rest bettween each day of my work out to insure the rest of my body, my chest is usualy hard as a rock but this week i missed one or two days of lifting and my chest has become much softer. can missing 2 days of your regular routine really decrease your muscles that much? thanks for any help u can give me
I'm not the expert on this, but I notice that I don't have that "pumped up" feeling and look when I have rested a few days. I don't, however, see a real decrease in size either, so my guess is that it is normal and nothing to worry about.
If I am making that up, somebody will be along to correct me shortly.
