i am doing the general beginner work out plan, i want muscle, but i am also looking to loose like 10 pounds, or rather just look 10 pounds less. loose some fat
should i be running like 2 miles on the treadmilll or doing anythign like that on top of my workout for muscle?
i alredy changed ym eating habits, i stopped eating past like 7pm and stopped drinking so much soda and stuff, mostly water now.
