Just thought everybody could share what their goals are. I finally met one of mine I am down to 6% body fat and have put on 12 lbs of muscle not that anyone cares but go ahead and let everyone know what you are doin. I am in college studyin fitness and I am very interested.
Thought so why is it that nobody ever respond to hardly any of my posts. I thought this was a support forum not a "oh lets not include everybody" forum. I guess that's what you get for FREE sometimes.
