I would like to debulk, and since I have been working to debulk, I have done nothing but the opposite!!
I started running about 4-5 days a week 2.5 months ago, I have lowered my weights and upped my reps, I have started yoga, I have even taken a break from lifting for almost 2 months... NO LUCK!!
What to do!! This has never happened before!

hmm taken a break from lifting for two months, yet you're upping your reps and lowering weight? which is it?
And with the amount of cardio you're doing, I'd say your muscle size should have dimished, but it would also look more pronounced since you might be turning wiry and displaying very little body fat.
Yoga would help since it would make the muscles look longer and less "bulky"
anyway, ya really should post exactly what you're doing in full detail. Our workout gurus are very knowledgeable on this.
much luck! :)

Okay well, I have never posted here before, and I sure didn't want to waste my time writing everything out for no one to respond.
I did take a month and half off of lifting. Nothing happened so I decided to lift again, but this time lowered my weights and went from 3 sets of 15 (that is what I was doing before with the heavier weights) to 2 sets of 20.
I do a split Back/Bicep Chest/Tricep Legs/Shoulders (before when I lifted I had those three days and an overall leg day and overall arm day of muscles I didn't work throughout the week on the other days)
I have been running 30-35 min runs 3-4 days and a longer 45-60 min run one day a week... the days I don't run, I do the elliptical 30-45 min, or I ride bike 45-60, or aerobics 45 min.
I build muscle very easily and have been working out for a long time, so I am not knew and not ignorant about weight training. I just have never been faced with having to debulk. I had a PT and we are suppose to meet today and she is suppose to help me, I just thought maybe I could post here for a little advice, or maybe someone here has had to debulk before. But thanks!
