Cbas is right! All the weight training in the world with a poor eating regimine isn't going to give you the results you're looking to gain. Trust me, I've completed my first 8 week routine and since my eating habits haven't changed along with the exercise I've not had many changes overall. My arms are definitely becoming more defined, but my abdomen is getting worse. :(
Tomorrow my mom and I are beginning a challenge to change our lifestyles to healthier eating. We've both got a goal to get into the 120's. I'm an inch taller than her and 6 lbs lighter currently. I'm really motivated to get things right this time around!!
