Protine shake

Is there any pills they sell like at HEB (food store) I can buy that are any good. (coming back from 2 years of not working out) :(
salazar55555 Posts: 78 Joined: 2003/06/22	2004/08/27, 05:57 PM hmmm well i just use regular Centrum pills i know there not for working out but they should help with something. btw my friend told me he drinks: 7 egg whites 2 bananas and milk in the blender and thats it. ohh and ice :) what kinda pills are for working out
