no not bitch tits and i know i'm using creatine as i'm looking at strenghth/muscle gain this 8 week period but...
the more i train and diet(44 pounds in 2 1/2 years) the more the chest appears soft and laden with fat- i do carry fat rather than anywhere else. my legs are very well defined and quite hunky if i do say so myself but my chest is puffed up on exercise and weights but well loaded with fat. From the nipple up i'm looking 'trained ok enough' and the deltoids and neck are looking like 'do ya think i'm sexy'. below the nipple looks like 'old man 90 just lost his last sac of testosterone'... the more weight i lose the more my chest seems to show as a bit breasty!!! I'm about 19 to 20% bodyfat. Is there a good exercise that does hit specifically the lower chest muscle group? or am i looking at this from the wrong aspect alltogether? |

Neil, decline bench press and db movements will hit that area. Try decline flyes, db presses, verticle dips.-------------- Dances with Buffalos Charlie

Oh and of course diet will get that last bit of fat but I know you know that.-------------- Dances with Buffalos Charlie

Nope ,just target the lower chest. To get the last stubborn patches of fat off, the only way is to tighten up the diet...no matter where it gathers. -------------- Dances with Buffalos Charlie

The one on the left is a before and the one on the right is later but they;ve both been up a long time. I read his question and responed. Sorry,I didn't read your answer and it looks like I was steppin on your toes upon re reading. I didn't mean to. No offense meant.-------------- Dances with Buffalos Charlie

Have you emailed George or Adrian? I hate computers and they hate me. I couldn't make my pix post for love or money. I emailed them to George and they went up in a few days.-------------- Dances with Buffalos Charlie

Just one more question, are there any exercises which you think are especially good/effective at burning fat from the chest area?
Thanks, Ste. |

So what if you are overweight and looking to shed about 3 stone? I am 5 ft 8, and currently weigh 13 stone 12 Lb. I have a beer belly, and of course "bitch tits", as someone described them as. I dont know what to do first. Lose weight and then tone later, or begin trying to tone my chest from the off-set. I am ashamed of my body, especailly the "bitch tits". PLEASE HELP! Tell me how to get a flat chest and I'll do it! I saw a programme on TV the other and a guy said the only way to lose them is by surgery, I really hope this is NOT true!
Thanks guys, its my first time in here. Ste. |

I would get on a good program with a good diet and lots cardio..........!st starting out you can do higher reps till your body is used to lifting weights. Later you can start lowering the reps a lil bit and adding more weight. lift atleast 3 times a week, cardio at least 3 times a week maybe 4.-------------- if you want sympathy......from me...in a dictionary look between symphony and syphillis.......there you\'ll find it! |

By spot reduce you mean reduce fat in a specific area i.e. my chest? Sorry, I'm new to these fitness terms.

cbas1,
So I should get to around my goal weight, from 194Lb to around 150Lb before carry out the exercises you suggested? What exercises do you recommend for to maxmise over bodyfat% loss? Is running and using an exercise bike a good way? Should I do any kind of weight training before I get to my ideal weight? Will high rep - low weight training burn fat? Many thanks for your help on this, Steve. ============ Quoting from cbas1: Got it in one. Exerciseing the back, shoulders, lats and traps will help pull your shoulders back and stretch the chest area out giving a flattening effect. after you have lost the majority of fat of course ============= |
