Im in serious need of help here. ok i will be the first one too admit that i have been totally lazy this summer! i haven't workout since April, and my diet has become terrible. I haven't weighed myself in 6 mos, then suddenly last night something compelled me to do it, so i did and the result was STAGGERRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i gained 20 pounds!!!!!!!!!! i wasn't even shocked because i know i did this too myself with my poor choices. now im ready to get back where i once was, but i need help finding my way back. im talking nutrition and excercise, so if u got any pointers please let me know cause, its time for me too get back in shape!
Hi shene107, have you tried one of FT's exercise programs? Also you might want to check BB1fit's post "grocery list for a bodybuilder" that might give you a pretty good idea about your nutrition goals.
