Hamstring problem?

Hello everyone.

For a long long time now whenever I try to do leg raises or reverse curls whenever I do ab workouts, I ALWAYS feel a strain in the right hamstring area, preventing me from doing that specific exercise. It is strange because I do not recall ever injuring that area before, and also it does not seem to affect me in any other exercise or sport. What do people think is the matter with it?

Are you stretching before, during and after you exercise?
