Hi I've been Doing a FT program For 2weeks and was wondering.. Right now i'm liftinig
Dumbell curls 5kg
Barbell Curls 20kg
Reverse Barbell Curls 20Kg
Front Squats 20kg
Reps as stated in FT program
Is it normal to only be able 2 lift so little at the start
Is this any indication of how strong i will be able to get

It doesn't matter how much you lift. Train hard and train properly and you will see results.
-------------- - Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.

everyone starts somwhere man, too many I am strong, however to some ( bigger than me) I'm weak. No use comparing stuff, just lift and get better and stronger.
-------------- if you kick a tiger in the @$$ , you then have to descide what to do with the teath end.
any guy can hold a girl by the hand, but only the select few can hold her by her feet!

I feel for you steve. I am going to look like a fool when I get in the gym. I would have to say this is the biggest deterrent. How does little me find the nerve to walk into a gym with people 5x my strength? Oh well, as bigandrew sais, we have to start somewhere.

Start at a weight that is comfortable and able to give you resistance on the last 3. Andrew is right on. We are all different. Remember that form is most important.
