I am 13 5'8 and 110 pounds and need to get a six pack quik without supplements

quick wont happen. but you can have a six pack with a a bit of realistic thought. You are light for your age/size so I assume you are stick thin? not long in to puberty and demanding quick change to your body... it's too late for change as it's already happening with raceing hormones so chanel your ideals now. make rules and routines to get that six pack over a period of time- say six months.

get an overall routine of exercise- morning run after breakfast and then some dumbell work or a gym routine, soccer, basketball anything to channel your energy at in a good way. Train your abs how you like 3 times a week or daily- do leg raises/crunches/weighted crunch/weighted leg raises/weighted side bends/ allsorts, but get started... look on the net for routines and here to make positive changes to your current routine...
then eat a low fat, low sugar, low salt, no sweets, no crisps or crap diet. good high protein food and plenty of vegetables and always a good cereal breakfast, not cornflakes or cheerios,try oats, weetabix, bran flakes, muesli...

and always try to do one extra rep or 1/2 a pound extra weight on every exercise every week.
