I am 5'10 and about 155lbs.Recently i lost alot of weight and i have some flabby loose skin i would LOVE to tighten and get rid of my love handles.I recently joined a gym and am doing my program on freetrainers.com. for about four days now. I would love to be firm and tone and to have great abs. How long will it take for me to start to see some results. Will i be real tone and firm by next summer if i stick to my diet, the gym and the freetrainers program???
