was gonna post this on the power lifting forum but hardly anyone replies or talks on that.. anyway

i was wondering what everyones weights where for Military presses with barbell and Lying Tricep extention with barbell compared to flat Barbell Bench Presses

other day i got 200 on my bench i know some u guys doing double or something of that but i find 120 pounds for 6 reps on militiary press's (standin) kind of easy and also tri extentions i be doing 10 or so reps for 80 pounds is my chest just weaker then my arms n shoulders or it a mind thing or is this all around right statistics on average?? what are people doing for weights with them 3 movements ?? thanks ( im 5"8, 152 pounds 17 yrs old )

also what you guys reckon is the best exercise or supersets for traps? i kno shrugs r good and upright rows but is that all there really is for traps??
also i tend to do dumbell presses then upright rows then lateral raises as a 3 superset exercise if i do that i dun rly wanna superset shrugs with upright rows again cuz i did it just before it so some other trap exercise b nice thanks
