Ok, well, I have a 6 pack, but only when I flex. If i'm not flexed, my stomach just looks "normal". I'm wondering, is it normal to have to flex to show your abs, or is there something I can do to keep them tight all the time? (Particular excercises, for example) I do various abdominal excercises each night...but to be honest, I don't know the propper terms for each. I do one set where I lie flat and lift my legs up, sit-ups, hanging and take my knees up around my head...main ab excercises I do, and some other random things. Any ideas on whatI might need to do?
