alright, been adding muscle for about the past 4 to 5 months and hav gained some fat which i would like to lose.its not much(maybe 3% to 5%).i really but really dont wanna lose any muscle maybe even still gaining a little in the process. i need advice on when to do cardio and weight training. right now i workout at 3:30 pm and then follow that with (an hour and a hald later)4 servings of chicken (80g protein). from what i have read if i dont wanna lose muscle ill hav to eat more protein in order to feed my muscles. right now i am on creatine but my whey protein supply has run dry. should i go buy more protein and creatine or just protein??? thx for the advice in advance (i hope)

Get your protein. Especially if you mean post workout whey. Just keep up your workouts and start reducing daily cals by 250. Reduce cals for a week or so and check your progress. Either up or maintain proteins and healthy fats while slightly reducing carbs. Remember small adjustments and patience will get you there. Lift heavy.
